Story
MIEA Health began with a simple observation: clinics spend too much time repeating the same patient communication by hand. After years working in Singapore healthcare communications, Chern saw how much routine work sits between patients and the care team.
MIEA was created to take on that routine through structured workflows for booking, reminders, feedback, and follow-up. The goal is not to replace clinical judgment, but to help clinics stay responsive without adding more admin load.
We build the product with healthcare teams in mind: practical, careful, and close to real clinic operations.
